ROM Hack pokemon D/P pokemon creator

is there any pokemon maker so i can make a custom pokemon (i.e. ss goku) for d/p? Kind of like the r/s one

i don't think there is something like that, unless you're good at rom hacking you might be able to do it yourself within the game. but i don't think ive seen a simple tool for doing that.

Nope, the only 'Pokémon Maker' I know of (for D/P) is PokéSav..
Which actually can 'make' Pokémon too.. So, why don't u use that?
I think that's why Ciro didn't make a D/P version (yet).. although, people without flashcard, but with AR could use one =S

No one yet has been able to add their own custom additions to the game. They have edited some data but are not yet at the same level that they are with the GBA hacking.

no, there is no such thing as a pokemon creator for D/P...
but there is a starter pokemon editor!

This is only a guess here, but suppose you get really good at hacking you would need to do this:

1) Create sprites for every movement
2) Be able to add your own attacks
3) Soemhow put it in the pokedex

Those are the basic ones, you would need to do much more though
