ROM Hack Pokemon Black: If I use the all pokemon code...

On Pokemon Black, you know how there is a code called 'All Pokemon', the code that gives u about 697 master balls. So, if I use that code to catch a Pokemon in Pokemon Black, will the Pokemon be elgible for Wi-fi? Does it have to be a specfic Pokemon? All I'm going to do is catch it, breed it, and then go to Wi-fi.

You mean I can use the cheat to catch any Pokemon, breed it, and then Random Wi-fi will allow me in?
