Gaming Pokemon Black 2/White 2 AR Code Request

Hey there!

I have been doing what I can to figure out how this works, but I've had no luck. I just want to be able to play against some friends locally and have a good chance of winning. I am requesting that someone create an action replay code that makes all wild pokemon appear with 31 IVs. I saw that this existed for the previous Pokemon games like HGSS and DPT. This is the code for Pokemon Diamond if it helps:

If someone made the code work for Black and White 2, I'd be very greatful! I have White 2.

Why don't you train your Pokemon yourself? Your friends train theirs without using AR codes or any other form of cheating, right?

Regardless of how well I train the EVs, the IVs of the Pokemon are unaffected. I'd just like the factors outside of my control to be in a bit more in my favor.

Will somebody please do this? There's been multiple requests on other forums

You can Pokemon breed for good IVs.
