ROM Hack Pokémon Black 2 Translation Issues! Help!

,I have a rom for Black 2 which is translated into partial English.
But I'm big on trading and In negotiations, when I show A Pokémon, it doesn't show the picture!
Does anyone have a different patch that works efficiently in Gts and Negotiations?
I also want to be able to register my location/change my saying on Playercard but it's all in Japanese!

As for location, you can't register outside of Japan because it's a translation patch of a Japanese game. GTS is bugged for the same reason.
