ROM Hack Pokemon Black 1, 2 evolve edited

Hi ! It's possible to have roms of pokemon black 1 and 2 (FR) with the evolve edited because i don't have PC i play with Drastic on android and pokemon like Magmar can't evolve without trading. Or there is a way to edit evolve by android ? Thanks a lot

Are you using normal save system with the emulator or save states?
If you save it normally, you should have a *.sav file for the game.
Just copy that *.sav file to your PC and edit your save with Pokegen, to "evolve" your Magmar.

NOTE:
Always make a backup first.

You don't have a PC....? No laptop, no nothing? What about a friend? Try getting in front of a computer and here's a video showing you how to convert your *.dsv to *.sav and vice-versa.
