Sorry guys, I am way out of the loop...Has there been any breakthroughs yet on patching the new Pokemon games for the R4 cards with Ysmenu's? Or at least is there any hope in doing so? ha.

There IS a patch for R4. It's called Wood R4. It's a complete firmware replacement, so no more R4 v1.18.

This error on the R4 seems to be the same thing with n0$Gba apparently. There's another emulator floating around that let's people play the American version of heart gold and I have read somewhere that you need to use the firmware replacement of Wood to work on your R4 or just get another device that's newer and is able to run it as in the future Nintendo might implement more things to stop R3/M3 users and not what of playing their games without charge.
