The little black creature with the blue Jewel is a Mokona from Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicles. (If you don't believe me due to the white creature with the red jewel, go google it)

The skates are DEFINITELY Air Gear.

Edit) That little skull pin on the floor looks a lot like Shinigami from Soul Eater, if I'm remembering this correctly. (I haven't watched more than a few episodes and even then that was maybe a month or two ago, so my memory of it is probably faulty.)

Actually its a piece broken from Ichigos substitute shinigami badge.

If you see the middle parts been broken off the badge and the break is from when he loses his power after using the final getsuga tenshou.
