When you enter the router's settings, does it show this?

If it doesn't show that, take a picture of what it does show.

Why can't you take a pic? Press 'Prt Scrn' on your keyboard and then paste the image into Microsoft Paint. After that, save the image and upload it to pix.gbatemp.net

Also, is there a model number anywhere on the settings page?

1. Power cycle your router by unplugging it from the power outlet. Wait a few minutes, and plug the modem back in. Wait a couple of minutes for the modem to initialize, then plug in the router. Try to connect your 3DS, now.

2. If that doesn't work, change your router's channel setting to 1 or 11. Since I do not know where the settings are for your router, you'll have to search around your router's settings. Just in case you forgot, you access your router's settings using the below steps.

You don't know your WEP or WPA key.
That's what's wrong.

From your printscreen I see you are connected by wireless on your pc.
go to the bottome right to the stair-looking thing beside your clock, right click, go to network blah center, click manage wireless connection (should be on the left), double-click sky[numbers], security tab, click show characters and copy it exactly into your 3DS.
If it's WPA it'll take you a while to type out.
