ROM Hack Question please help server error archived game- Switch modding

Hello everyone, my name is Desperate For Solutions

Background: I'm new to switch modding and running Sx os. FW 7 and cfw 2.6.1 beta. I've just been trying to get mods on the switch.

Now what happened was, I had thought archiving the game(skyrim se) on my sd might help for some reason, but now I cant get it to re-download. When i attempt to click on the icon to re-download I get the error:"A server communication error has occurred try again later". I guess that's because of the cfw that blocks nintendo from detecting it. But, I cannot disable stealth or else that pretty much guarantees ban.​

If it helps, I only archived it while the emuNAND was enabled, so the game is only archived on the emuNAND's virtual copy of the switch operating system. Therefore whenever I go back and disable it, the game will be back. However that does not fix the problem becuase I need the game on the virtual copy version in order to edit the files and mod. I'm still trying various things to fix it.
I cant link the sx os emunand manual but it is available on their site.

SO right now the main question is how can you re-download a game on an offline switch??? (not banned just stealth)

Archiving will allow you to delete downloaded software in order to free up space while preserving the software icon on the HOME Menu. You can redownload the software by selecting the icon. For more information, click here.

I heard people reporting about this "stealth mode being active crashes the game". Is it really true?

Ok thank you, I turned off the emunand for a bit and somehow it just came right back? But it was a bit concerning when it said there was corrupted data on the sd, and restarted. But ig its good now.

UPDATE: WTH i turned it back on and now its gone again. But i dont want to keep it off

Well nothing has changed at this point... I really dont want to risk ban by disabling stealth. Ill keep looking for solutions

so how can you redownload a game on an offline switch(not banned)? Ive seen people with banned switches who can download games from the nintendo website, but is that risking ban or not?
