everytime i try to play roms or listen to music on my r4 sdhc it says error loading the ds menu or error load monnshine is use to work fine till i try to update it now it wont let me play games

You'll need to give a few more details then that. When exactly is it giving the error? Does it do it when you switch the DS on or does it load the firmware and gives the message when you try to load a game?
