Are you replacing Windows 10 or dual booting?

If you are replacing windows 10 then the best option would be to backup the whole drive using something like macrium reflect free, wipe the drive, install then restore your files (I don't believe there is another way to 'downgrade' from W10).

Just remember to disable secureboot if you have it.
