you're not giving much info either.
So from your picture I see you have python3.5 x64
your python is installed in user/<your name>/appData/local/programs ? you didn't install it into c:/program files/Python?
well, maybe that's the correct place on Win10, or when you don't disable UAC, so I can't comment on this. (you are not on Win10? well, we can't tell)
There's another way to install pycrypto : manually.
that's what I did and it worked for me.
