Hey all, I’ve been putting together a PS3 console database that I think could be really handy for anyone into modding or just curious about their hardware. It’s a shared spreadsheet where people in the community can submit details about their consoles, things like revision, date code, temps at idle, service history, usage, and other useful bits of info.
So far there are only around 30 entries, but the more consoles we can log, the better the resource becomes. If you’ve got a PS3, I’d be super grateful if you could take a few minutes to add it in. I’m mainly interested in comparing revisions for overclocking and undervolting potential, but once the data’s in, everyone’s free to use it however they like.
The form is completely anonymous and every question is optional, so you can share as much or as little as you want.
