PS1/2 Playstation 2 Soft Modding

I Have 2 PS2 Slims in my Room

One with 90002 Firmware which Works Perfectly
One with 7XXX Firmware where the Disks do not spin


is there anyway I can Soft Mod Either of these Systems as I would love to be able to Breath extra life into them that way

It does not Tell how to Softmod the 9XXXX Series
And my 7XXXX Series PS2 doesnt spin the disc's

for the 7xxxx series you can get someone to set up a freeMCboot memory card, there is a thread on here where people do the service for free if you send them a card. Only models SCPH-9xxxx with Date Codes 8C (and after that) don't work, because they have a revised BIOS (v2.30). so hopefully you should get FreeMCboot working on both consoles...............................sudeki300
