Well after going through a phase of "Wanting" to have a PSP and thinking that the PSP was meagerly superior to the DS, I
think back and say to myself that i was an idoit for believing that. (Probably since most of my friends own PSP's now a days.)

So i recently picked back up my DS and added many games to my M3 Real/Sakura/etc. which i have never played before and
are interesting to me now:

Tony Hawk's American Sk8land
Peggle Dual Shot (After playing this game on my friends Iphone i instantly dl'ed it
biggrin.gif
)
WWE Smackdown vs RAW 2010
Nanostray 1 & 2
Meteos
Flower, Sun, and Rain: Endless Parks
Avalon Code
New Super Mario Bros (Picked it up once but didnt want to play it, than after playing NSMB Wii I wanted to play on the DS)
Jackass: The Game (I feel like a real jacka$$ for adding this to my collection of games, and absolutely loathe the overall gameplay)
100 Classic Book Collection (Not really a "game" but my mom wants me reading more and got interested in some of the books)

And I was wondering if anyone here could suggest realitivley fun games for me to add on my 4GB memory stick.
I like all kind's of genres.

Hopefully i can finish all my games by the time the Final Exams week comes

Megaman ZX (Advent), KH 358/2, Days GTA:CW, Pokéon Platinum, Lunar Knights, The Dragon Quest Games, Phoenix Wright games and N+ are the ones I can think of.

You can basically use this list if you like all kind of genres:

Yeah i checked that out before making this thread

, though many of the games listed I found mediocre.

I'm just glad you tried F.S.R. I'd consider that game to be the single most underrated game of all time, a true masterpiece.

Lol, its alright though im still not at the point of the story where i really understand what the whole game was about, and there
wasn't a basic tutorial or anaylsis of the game :|.

Megaman ZX Adventure -> I will try this
Kingdom Hearts 358/2 -> I already played this
Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars -> Played this too, but might get back into it
Pokemon Platinum -> Ever since they created newer Pokemon games (Since emerald on the GBA) I loathe the series. (No apparent reason whatsoever)
Lunar Knights -> What's this game about? (Ive seen it once or twice [Heard about it*])
The Dragon Quest Games -> I think ill start from Dragon Warrior 1-4 first (on NES) than work up [Dont really know the series])
Phoenix Wright Games -> Beat all 3 of them (going to start Apollo Justice soon and waiting for Ace Attorney Investigations)
N+ -> I might pick this up again sometime

Advance Wars is good.

Yeah but i already beat them, and I never like having to replay games for some odd reason.

Well Thanks for the suggestions anyways

Mediocre? Then you don't know what's good

N+ is a great game, really enjoyable. Also try Fire Emblem Shadow Dragon if you liked Advance Wars.

In my eyes some of them are mediocre. Yes N+ is alright, so is Fire emblem but when I played it (Fire emblem) i didnt enjoy it
that much, but its an ok game.

Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Survivor
Super Robot Taisen: OG Saga: Endless Frontier
Castlevania(any you haven't finished)
Dementium: The Ward
Metroid Prime: Hunters

There are a lot more, but I can't list all at the moment.

Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Survivor

Since this is a request thread anyway... Why do many people seem to like these Shin Megami Tensei games? I've never played one before and I haven't heard much about it until recently *prepares flameshield.*

They seem like standard fare but is there something else that makes them stand out? Should I play them in a certain order?

It combines dungeon crawling with monster collection, and overall it has this hardcore feel to it, but without being as soul-crushing as say Wizardry. There are two fan-translated SNES games which are pretty good... I am yet to start the DS ones.

Hmm that sounds pretty cool, I'll have to give this a try. I saw a screenshot from the (I think) upcoming DS game, and it looked like it had an Etrian Odyssey looking map which, anything that reminds me of Etrian Odyssey deserves a try in my book.

This one is a bit different though, it's an SRPG that skips the negotiation from previous SMT games, (don't worry, it returns in Strange Journey), replacing it with a bidding system. Yeah, that game you saw was Shin Megami Tensei: Strange Journey coming out in March. It should remind you of Etrian, it's built on the same engine.

You don't need to play Dragon Quest 1-3 in order to play DQ IV on the DS.

DQ 1, 2 and 3 = 1 trilogy
DQ 4, 5 and 6 = another trilogy

You can start with DQIV.

Also, how can you say that Castlevania, Professor Layton, Phoenix Wright and Trauma Center are mediocre? Maybe they aren't for you but mediocre?

Phoenix Wright is one of the best series I played this generation.

Wow... serious? Awesome.
Yes but don't expect Etrian Odyssey because Shin Megami Tensei: Strange Journey will be much more deep and challenging

If you know Boktai, It's like Boktai, You don''t have to know the DQ series, I didn't know them too. But it are such good games!

oh, here a Lunarknights Trailer

First of all I wanted to play the first few DQ games first just to get a little background info on the story and whatnot (gameplay etc.)
Second I didnt say Professor Layton, Phoenix Wright, and Trauma Center are mediocre, I said a few of the games that were listed on the
"NDS Essentials" was mediocre, I enjoyed PW and Trauma Center a lot, also I played a bit of Professor layton and its not bad.
Thanks for your reply anyways.
