Hacking Playing GC backups on Wii

Ive tried searching and nothing has helped me much

I am running a Wii on 4.0E, IOS249 (Rev 10) (according to USB Loader GX, where as HBC says i am on IOS61, which is right?) , USB Loader GX Rev581

Ive burnt a few GC games to DVDs with Img burn, what hacks and homebrew do I need to do to play the games?

You need to install a cMios for GC backups to run

Download this

Find gcbackup0.1_Xi.tgz in the archive (you'll need something like WinRAR to unpack), and extract these two folders:
miospatcher
rungcbackup
...and copy them to SD:\apps

From HBC, load miospatcher (MIOS is like Gamecube IOS) using a wired official gamecube controller or wavebird, some third party ones don't work.

You should then be able to run Gamecube backups from within HBC using the rungcbackup app. Do some searching on here for a forwarder channel if you want to run them from the system menu.
