Hacking Playing Dsiware games on r4 cards

I got a bunch of dsiware roms it shows up on the menu but when I enter I says load rom error=5

Dsiware srl's don't use eeprom, they try to read title/data/public.sav off the dsi/3ds nand.
This is why flashcards can't run them. Not to mention basic DS flashcards don't boot into dsi mode.
