Gaming Playing Arcade Tetris via Mame Emulator?

I'm trying to find a Mame emulator that will play Arcade Tetris on my 3DS (older version). I know about Retroarch which is difficult to install and is beyond my scope of understanding. I also know about MarcaDS which is just as difficult to install. I have a R43DS card, and Homebrew Launcher, running 10.3.

I am having loads of trouble trying to install Retroarch which is possibly due the TubeHax exploit being shut down.

So I am trying to find another way if possible to install Mame Emulator.

Has anybody got ideas how I can go about this?

I've only tried one game, which was The Simpsons Arcade Game in RetroArch MAME and it runs perfectly, steady 60 fps on my N3DSXL. Unless you're on CFW you can't install the RetroArch CIAs, but even then, since you're on Old, it would barely run to begin with. I couldn't even get the The Simpsons to boot at all on my O3DS. AFAIK there are no other MAME emulators, I think I read something about a MAME emu for the DSTwo though..
