I downloaded the Pokken Tournament demo the other day. I'm not a huge fan of Tekken, but I figured that the demo was free so I'd give it a shot. The demo was fun for a few rounds, but lacking a harder difficulty I didn't play it for very long. I learned the controls and then deleted it off my Wii U.
If I were to buy the game then there would be a harder difficulty and more characters so I'd get a good amount of enjoyment out of it, but given that none of my real life friends are Wii U gamers I'm not going to have anyone to compete with. It seems to me like Sm4sh, the single player is fun but multiplayer is where the game truly shines.
