Not sure why anyone would refer you off-site to get what you need, as it's all here on GBAtemp!
As comprehensive as the site linked (in prior post) appears, it doesn't have the English translation hack of M3Sakura v1.11x and the Sakura Triple Boot firmware (recommended).

Well, you might want to check out my sig, you have a link for Sakura FAQ (it'll answer all your questions) and link for english version of Sakura with many skins.....that should do it!!

The Sakura firwmware is for normal use, iTouch for launching big homebrew (hold Y on startup), and original Real firmware - dunno (hold X on startup)

Installing it should be fairly self-explanatory - just copy the SYSTEM folder and everything around it to the root of your card. If you are not able to extract the rar file, use 7-zip from http://7-zip.org/

To convert movies, you will need Super from http://www.erightsoft.com/SUPER.html#Dnload
Convert them to the .dpg (Nintendo DS) format.
