Homebrew PKSM glitched items

I think this goes here.

I was using PKSM to give me event Pokemon. However, three of the Pokemon had mega stones from ORAS. I removed them to see their description only to discover that they crash the game when looking at them.

So now I have three game crashing items in my inventory with no way that I know of to remove them. I tried looking at them through the PC as well.

Does anyone have a suggestion on how to fix this.

You can remove items using pkhex on the computer.
