ROM Hack PKHeX trade question...

My brother wants a Mew for his Pokemon Y game, but doesn't want to mess with his 3DS (downgrade and cfw) so I installed Y and got the save through filer, and used PKheX to trade to him.

But an error comes up once we try to trade it,

"there is a pokemon in your party that cannot be traded"

I assume because it's legendary? Is there any way round this?

its probly a ilegl pokemon that cant be traded

all legit pokemon can be traded, even legendary (besides some really rare event pokemon). Either your brother cheated them or you messed something in pkhex up (touched unpurposely some data from a pokemon in pkhex, idk).

Its illegal do a better job with the mew's info.

there is a over 1000 page long thread on projectpokemon where they collected many many many event pokemon data etc. saved as a pkm/pk6 file

Got hold of a couple thanks. Do I have to change the region to United Kingdom/England/Europe or just leave as the original?
