ROM Hack Pkhex and OT Summary

Im trying to edit some of my Pokémon for a friend but even while changing the OT info, the Pokémon summary still says “it seems it hatched” instead of showing that they are the ones who hatched it. Is there any way to make a Pokémon to truly look like it belonged to them rather than was traded by someone with the same trainer name/ID? It does let them add a nickname to them, just the summary looks suspicious.
