Hacking PKG: Backing Up Installed Titles?

My SD card is running out of room. I want to be able to back up a PKG installed file to my PC in order to make room for a new game on my Vita, though one I am done with the new game, I want to be able to put the old game back on from a back up, rather than have to depend upon PKG to download and re-install it for me. What do I need to do?

I want to be able to back up a PKG installed file to my PC in order to make room for a new game on my Vita, though one I am done with the new game, I want to be able to put the old game back on from a back up, rather than have to depend upon PKG to download and re-install it for me. What do I need to do?

Connect vita to computer using either FTP or USB, open your app folder, copy the game to wherever you want to back it up, let it copy, disconnect Vita, delete game via vitashell (this should keep your save data), download new game.

OK, thanks, so I can back up and restore with this. I guess that makes sense considering how I used it to Jailbreak my system.
