My trusty LG burner has just bitten the big one and ive just ordered the Pioneer DVR-212 SATA drive to replace it. I know Pioneer have a rock solid record where it comes to quality DVDr drives, Im just wondering if anyone else out there in GBATemp land has used one and what your thoughts are on it?

Thanks in advance and look forward to your comments

I have one. It has given me trouble with a few discs, so I'm a bit wary of recommending it. Could be the fact that the discs arent compatible with the speed of the drive, but not 100% sure on that because when I burn at slower speeds I still hit the problem!

Personally most DVDR drives are the same these days, and they are all pretty damn cheap.
