    If you are interested in developing/ playing let me know so I can asses interest. I know I'm jumping on the wagon a little late– but I've only got the skills to program NDS recently.

    I guess getting the skill on any plateform (even old one) is good, and maybe easier.
    it will provide you enough experiences to develop on newer consoles later.

    you won't have a lot of people testing and playing it, but don't worry. Do it to learn and get better :)
