There is no single measurement of speed.
Think about it like this. You have two devices you can drive in.
A - Pickup Truck
B - Spider Robot
A has a max speed of like 200MPH.
B has a max speed of like 25MPH.
Which one's faster?
Well... on a straight road, A is faster.
However if the job is to get from the bottom of a cliff to the top, B is faster.
Different parts mean different things and are used for different tasks. Computer C can be better at gaming than computer D, but slower at video editing.
