In the PW games, do you prefer gameplay in or out of court? I prefer in court, theres nothing better than yelling objection over 9000 times.

However I would side with the out of court part of the game if the out of court gameplay let you move around like in the new Miles Edgeworth game.

The out of the court parts in PW and Apollo were a litttle boring. However the court parts were EPIC!!!

That, and the fact that defense attorneys (e.g., Phoenix Wright) don't even carry out investigations in real life. Only prosecuting attorneys (Miles Edgeworth) are ever present at a crime scene, and even then the extent of their involvement in the investigation process is to obtain a search warrant from the judge for the CSI's and detectives to proceed with the investigation.

in court is where you puzzle the storyline together, outside the court you just gather clues and do nothing with them. It feels pretty useless some times.
