how does the other characters personas change into a new persona?
EXAMPLE: Yukari Takeba: io turn into isis

It's during a certain point in the game, near the end of the game actually.

They change automatically on certain dates, nothing you can do to control when they change.

 

[Daizu]

Depends on the gender you're playing as. As the male, the Persona change as the plot goes on. As the female, you need to max the respective party member's social link, like in Persona 4.
