Gaming Persona 2 IS problem

I have a bit of a problem with my Persona 2 IS .cso file. In the early beginning of the game, where you talk to Ms. Saeko and then Lisa Silverman comes up to you, the game just freezes on me. Black screen and no luck playing further. I have a PSP 2008, 5.03 M33 CFW with Prom 3, IIRC.

6.20 Pro-B9 works fine. I've been playing the game perfectly on 6.20. There's little reason to update your firmware. Just use a clean ISO.
