Homebrew Permenant homebrew on switch/switch lite?

is there a way to get a permenant homebrew app on the switch without having to use external devices every time you want to use it?

you can get a DIY mod chip installed which will autoboot to cfw every boot, guides for which are here

but this is off only for RCM exploitable consoles, so no later build switches or switch lites

This should not be activated on the Switch Lite at any costs since it doesn't have the boot exploit and would be a useless brick then.
