So I was browsing DS Scene just now, and I came across an interesting-looking title by Konami called Penguin no Mondai: The World.
It was the cover art combined with Konami that grabbed my attention. After doing some research, however, it turns out that Penguin no Mondai is an anime.
Anyone know if this is any good?
