PKhex gen 7 is better than that, but I'm talking about the CIA that's installable to your 3ds so you can edit PC on the 3ds rather than computer

Seems like due to pokemon project site down there's no update information even on their git. I am using this now, they work the same with pkhex++ and it comes with build in bank too. Instead of 2 separate app.
