Homebrew PCE emulators?

Hello,

To cut a long story short, I've recently just lost a majority of my PC Engine collection due to a burst pipe which flooded my games room. Near enough everything is beyond repair and I'm just done with it. I have a Wii which I'm just about to mod and I was just wondering which emulator emulates the best PC Engine games. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I'm sorry for all those games lost... As Alcarojo says, the Core from Retroarch is pretty awesome, it can run both Turbo Duo (CD) and the Hu Card Games pretty well, you only need good dumps to make it work.

I was pretty happy to see that I could play Dungeon Explorer 2 pretty much flawlessly, after my CD gave up.

    I don't have a wii u anymore to test it myself, but if homebrews are not visible on the wii u menu I think you can press L + R + minus to open the plugin menu, there should be an option called "homebrews on wii u menu" or something similar

    Or when your player dies, you can say in code, if enemy exists, do nothing, but if enemy does not exist, then create enemy at certain spot. (This would be a pain tho for lots of emeies)

    Easiest, simple way would be just restart scene, but player would restart from beginning.
