Is there any PC emulators that have a Cover Box Art selection?

Im looking to set up a old desktop for my 4 year son (who plays vwii and wwiu emu's just fine)

But the text based drop down selection might be too hard for him.

So Im looking for NES and SNES emulators that have a FLOW style to them.
    Thanks in Advance.

This might also be worth checking out:

You can add box art and descriptions to your games. You'll have to configure those and the emulators manually, though.
