You need a wireless adapter.

$20, might be in Best Buy near you.

Will work with future Xbox 360 Wireless Accessories.

Provides up to a 30-foot range for complete wireless freedom.

Use up to four Wireless Controllers and four Wireless Headsets simultaneously with one Wireless Gaming Receiver.

I use the wireless adaptor to play quite a few games on my pc, and it works great

. However, not all games support joysticks, so you should look into Pinnacle Game Profiler (google it). There are other programs that do similar things, but I prefer Pinnacle. It's free for the first month, but $20 for full use. Well worth it I think.

Be warned the wireless adaptor can suck the life out of your USB devices, I have mine on a powered USB hub just because of the stupid power requirements that MS don't tell you about.
