Hardware PBP Unpacker "Out Of Memory"

Hi i extracted the eboot of Final Fantasy IX PSOne Classic because i want to change the ICON and Background picture of the games, but when i tried and make new .pbp when i choose the .psar i'm not sure about the name, its keeps saying out of memory but i tried small games like alundra it didnt have problem, is there a new way to pack PBP again that will take even 1gb file?
