ROM Hack RELEASE Pawarumi 60 FPS mod

EDIT: UPDATE TO 1.0.2 TO GET 60 FPS BY DEFAULT

Mod made on request by friedeinhard
Sets vsynccount to 1, enabling 60 FPS.

Recommended OC settings:

handheld_charging_cpu=1224
handheld_charging_gpu=768
handheld_charging_mem=1600

It works only with version 1.0.1.
Not tested in docked mode.

Copy exefs_patches folder to sdcard folder

Restart Switch.

Game from 1.0.2 update works in 60 FPS by default. Mod is not more needed.
