I am trying to run the Disgaea 6 xci in sxos but it won’t run as sxos is no longer being updated for later firmware games, the patched xci doesn’t seem to have been released yet. Does anyone know how to patch an xci to run on sxos?

You could try using SAK, update the XCI, then install with Tinfoil and reset the version requirement. But I would suggest just switching to Atmosphere. I just switched from sx os last week when I learned you can play backups on Atmosphere as long as you have sigpatches. There is zero reason to stay on sx os unless you just absolutely cannot install games on your sd card.

Patching probably won't work, lowest firmware is 11.0.1, too bad SX OS only work up to 11.0.0. You just going to have to move on, and move to Atmosphere if you wants to play newer games.

Complete nonsense.
Every single available game (as of now) works on 11.0.0 since the key generation hasn't been updated until literally this week thus there are no games yet requiring this new master key.

So yeah, NSC Builder or SAK (essentially the same) and/or install with Tinfoil while having "ignore FW" enabled.
