ROM Hack Patches Pokemon UMUS

sorry if this was posted before, im kinda new on this and i wanted to look how it goes....
i followed a cupple opf tutorials and for now:

i got my game dumped, extracted the roomfs and exefs, and at some point the tutorial said i need to download "Pokemon SuMo Batch Tool"... after i download it i need to patch the code.bin...
well i dont know how to patch that file for UMUS becouse the tutorial i follow is for sun, i know in the link there is a stick to go to a tool for UMUS, but i dont know how to use it or what i should do to patch de SaltySD into the code.bin...

and after i do it i will require to know what i should do when the pk3ds modify my game... in the tutorial the guy said i should need to copy the modified files into a location of the sd of my 3ds but im confused so...
if that dont border you guys, anyone can help me? or link me some post where this is well explained?

don't follow those outdate tutorial on youtube or threads other than the actual creator(unless it has frequently update...)
it confuses ppl most time...
