Hacking Partition not visible after hardmod???

I have hardmodded my 3DS XL at my friend's house.. And made a back up via win32diskimager and the partition of the device was visible..

Now I'm home to continue what I have begun but when I put the micro sd adapter in the reader it shows blue screen as usual

And then I plug the reader to the PC.. I hear a sound that the PC has recognized the reader but it doesn't show the partition.

Even if I opened the win32diskimager, it can't see the partition

What should I do?

I know everything within the 3ds is well connected because I tried it with my friend's PC on windows xp and it was visible and I could make a back up

It doesn't detect the nand. Check your solder points on the board and the franken sd. Repeat soldering if necesarry.

I solved it by changing the card reader, thanks guys.
