Hacking Partition External Hard Drive Question

Hey, I'm entertaining the idea of using my external hard drive for the usb loader that has hit the community here, but I've got one question first. After I partition the hard drive to use for the game storage, Is there any way I can use part of it as a storage device for windows as well? What I mean is one partition for games/1 for data?

Yes you can have multi partitions, i have done this myself

I used Paragon Partition Manager 9 to split my 500GB NTFS drive into 400GB NTFS and 100GB WBFS.
