I'll just assume you mean you meant your bought your 3DS on eBay. But again, a minor buying a system isn't exactly legal...? ( Possibly parents. IDK. ) You may be out of luck until Saturday. ( The day my prepaid VISA card is reloaded. ) I'll load like $5 on a different one and let you use it.

I edited it. I didn't forget anything. I simply thought I might've been typing improperly. Either way, I'll load up $5 dollars onto a prepaid Saturday unless someone else steps in and helps them sooner.

Who cares if your a minor. get a visa gift card with 50 cents on it and that website will give you the master key

only works if you have an 8 digit inquiry number. He has to use my method because his is 10 digits.
