Furthermore, porting a closed-source game isn't something that can be done easily. At all. At least, you did request one that seems to be “realistically” runnable and potentially portable. But it still not that easy. Usually, the answer here, is to try to do it yourself.

yeah i figured, though to be fair the thread you linked is from 2015 and there are open source flash "replacements" that have been made since then, like... feather or ruffle or whatever it's called

Correct, but still not nearly a viable enough replacement to get something like this working.

yeah i know, i was just pointing out that the thread you linked is from 2015, says flash is closed source and is from before a modern open source alternative started existing

Hey, I was reading the thread from a while ago, and I noticed some people were being unnecessarily rude to you just because you asked a question. I wanted to apologize on their behalf because it doesn't matter how much knowledge you have on a subject—no one should be scrutinized for simply seeking answers. Keep doing what you love, if you have to make away to play it yourself from scratch so be it, it may be hard but it’s a great learning experience.

If you’re referring to Papas as in the “Papa Louis Series,” I don’t think you can play them on the 3DS unless a Flash Emulator is made for it.

However, if you have a Wii laying around, you are able to play “Papa Louis: When the Pizzas Attack” and “Papa’s Pizzeria.” Those are the only games playable for its Flash Player tho.

As far as I know, the the platform where Flipline create the Papa's Games, doesn't support console controls. That's why they haven't been able to port and release on Nintendo 2Ds or 3Ds or playstation for 20 years so far. If you want to play them, you can either buy them at steam, mobile app stores or play the free versions using a flash emulator Ruffle, AwayFL, flashpoint archive. But the simplest method seems like playing papas games online on a secure site like papaswingeria.io.
