A helpful thing to remember is what the different errors mean:

If you try to install a WAD but you get a WAD install error, then the WAD was messed up by Freethewads (either as a fluke or you can't use Freethewads on it without using the PPF first).

If you try to play an installed WAD but you get a black screen, the region is not compatible with yours. Trying patching it with Freethewads. If you already ran Freethewads, then it just doesn't work.

If you try to play an installed WAD but it resets your Wii, you need to update your firmware to the latest version of 3.2 (March 20 version).

thank you sotoro for updating list

Anyone know what titles we'll be getting in the coming weeks? The only other games I've seen around are:
Strong Bad's Cool Game For Attractive People - No idea what it's about, but the trailer implies it's for little kids.
Helix - Some random music game where you have to shake your 'motes to the beat.
Beer Pong - No idea what it is, just heard about it.
Eternity's Child - A hand drawn platform with a depressing but intriguing story, looks like a classic. (Was originally being made for XBLA also).
Major League Eating - An eating game

Everyone's Pokemon Ranch - You already know what this is about.

Do you need to update your Wii with the Wiiware update in order for these dumped Wiiware games to work?
EDIT: And is it safe to update to the lastest firmware (PAL, I have a wiikey)?

So far all the game I tried were rubbish not worth a pence if you ask me. I tried to Dr.Mario , Defend Castle, and TV Show game.

This is probably the only WiiWare game I'm actually looking forward to. It is definitely not for little kids and will probably be an available WAD shortly after it's released; it's that popular.

Typically yes, and yes.

Say WHAT? Dr. Mario is absolutely fantastic and a lot of fun...especially for playing online against people. My only complaint is that traditional mode doesn't have 4 player (like the N64 game did).

I agree, Dr. Mario is great! By the way, has the NTSC-U version leaked yet? I know it's not much different from the PAL version (that I already have on my wii), but it has a different name and cooler title screen...lol
