Homebrew Pacman_GX2 Version 3.5

Ryu began this project way b4 retroarch was on the wiiu and has been a labour of love . He has learnt a lot and has been encouraged to continue . No it isn't perfect but I'm sure Ryu would be the first to tell you this . No need for your negative attitude what so ever

It wasn't negative calm down. i mean I still downloaded it and play and i'm not saying give up. He could make other games that's not pac man also. If he's that dedicated i wont stop him or insult him. I already complimented him too and i did say ''not to be rude''

No its called being a dick do you actually understand how difficult it is to program anything do you actually understand how much time and effort that has been put into this?? Do you actually understand this is not a finished version of the game. Do you actually understand how wrong you were to say you were disappointed in this when you can't program shit yourself.

I already said I can't do what he does. And you're one to talk. You were a jerk on the other post. If you wanna go there and insult me about effort, I'm actually an animator and i'm smart enough to do coding on it and i've done a lot of stuff. Plus I was one of the first to mod smash bros. Plus I been here longer than you. I'm not saying i'm the best. He's good at what he does and i'm happy for him. I'll try his lattest pac-man.

You seem to be more offended by this than the op. I did tried the game, just not the latest. I'm giving my opinion in the un-finished game. Maybe he can do improve. It's more rude to lie to someone. Making home brew games itself is impressive, it's awesome, I can't even do it. He's smart. But I didn't like the pac-man OMG I'M SO EVIL. I was disappointed is all. Didn't seem necessary to me but I didn't say he flat out sucks. You're the one doing more insulting here. I been here so long i'm surprised to see childish people here. I don't see it often tbh. Things were more chill in the Wii days. If you guys didn't like my animations I wouldn't get upset over it or mad I'll do better if I could. You can't expect people to love everything you like. To be fair I didn't give my reasons for dislike so sorry. So,what bothered me was the frame rate and how choppy everything was. But it's good non the less. I really expected it to be an actual pac man game lol, I didn't hate it I'm still surprised it was sorta managed. Even the op is more chill and nice than you.

Seriously man ? It's been almost One year since i start learning programming , it was my second homebrew and my first ç++ programm. , so thanks to not denigre it.

This whole thread is basically one person getting flack for an honest opinion.
You can't just force someone to like something, regardless of how much hard work went into it. And this "if you don't like it don't say anything" logic is what gets in the way of improvement.

I'm sure the program is impressive for being only one year into knowing programming, but telling someone they're "mean" or "rude" because they don't like it or have a better alternative is pretty damned silly.

Yes exactly why I had a go at him criticism is good when it's constructive but his criticism was just plain rude.

Get used to it, that's been the general attitude here since this time last year.

Back on topic, this is fun. It is much more thrilling running at full speed. I like the new title screen and all the new graphics.
My only complaint is that Pac-Man seems to automatically choose which direction to move when he hits a wall, and this sometimes overrides the buttons I'm pressing, but it could be my old GamePad.

A+ for effort. Great work!

Criticism is part of creating. Without it, improvement doesn't happen. Am I saying people should insult and berate the creator for submitting works they don't enjoy? No, of course not. But, "I already have a better alternative" is not a malicious comment and should not be treated as one.

First off, I clearly said ''not to be rude''. Been animating for years. I'm not the best but I did had a lot of insults a couple times. I actually use to get emo about it at first but then I learn to listen. I did got better and if some still doesn't like it I don't let it get to me and if it's something I can improve on I'd listen. They're just people in the end and watched your stuff and didn't like it. I didn't give full criticism sorry. But I don't hate it or the creator. I thought it was funny. When I first played it the logo and everything made it seem like it was gonna be the actual thing but it wasn't. It was unexpected. This is the pac game from the homebrew app store right? I was just like no point in making one. No point. DIDN'T SAY TO STOP MAKING

There was this pacman homebrew game i played, it probably wasn't even this one. So i'm going to to try it and really see if it's good I mean it's homebrew so I wont have high expectation and be rude or anything. But even if that pacman game sucks that i played I'm still impressed it was manage to be made.

You do realize the word cunt has different meanings around the world right?? Here in Scotland we use the word everyday to anyone we speak to its like the word fanny in America that is your ass but in Scotland and England a fanny is the same as what you call a cunt. Cunt here in Scotland has two meanings 1. Idiot or 2. Friend. So yes I called you a cunt lol.
