Overclocking not working?

It’s showing up in Tesla and I turned governor on and put memory to max in every setting but it still never goes over 1600MHz and playing TOTK I don’t see any performance improvements like it’s not working at all. Even putting CPU and GPU to max doesn’t do anything? Also when playing a game docked the status monitor would disappear during gameplay and only show while in the home menu for some reason. I’m on 1.5.1 and FW on 16.0.0

    If your throat closes, putting oxygen in your mouth will not solve anything - as you will be introducing oxygen prior to the area of obstruction
