Hardware Overclocking Laptop cpu?

did no one even mention that pretty much all pre-built computers from HP, Dell, Sony, IBM/Lenovo, ect...
all have locked bios anyway so there is no way overclock anyway...?

No way to overclock? That's just giving up.

Frankly, I think no matter how he overclocks it it's going to end badly, but a DIY overclock has the potential to end up really badly.
