hey guys iam not sure if this is the right place to ask this. I apologize in advance.

are emulator with roms elligal in the OUYA?

Why would they be any more illegal than on any other platform? If you have legal ROM's, you're fine, if you're downloading illegal copies then it's illegal. :)

The emulators themselves are, as far as I know, legal. The roms on the other hand, are only legal if you own the games.

thank you. (if they are selling the emulators at a store must be because they are legal) or they dont come with the ouya?

More specifically, if you own the games and back them up yourself, and even that is debatable depending on the copyright laws of the country you're the resident of.

tl;dr You can install and use emulators legally on the OUYA. If you won't find the ones you want on the store, you can always side load any Android app you want as long as it can be used on an OUYA.
