Hacking OTP-less A9LH emunand question

Ok so i did the above about a week ago and i want to rid my emunand on sdcard and just use it with 3ds system and games/saves. I currently use newest luma3ds, would i just need to backup everything on sdcard, format it to fat32 than just transfer the newest luma,a9lh.bin file and any game saves to root of sdcard and i wont lose anything right? Main thing i dont wanna lose is my game saves after i format sdcard, but i should be fine as long as i backup and copy them after format.

yes, i would need to move those as well correct, would i need to reinstall fbi inject to health and safety app again if i formatted sdcard?

You can clone your EmuNAND to your SysNAND then delete it afterwards. Back up your saves and things with JKSM
